Payment Information: We collect payment details (e.g., UPI IDs, card information, or wallet details) through our secure payment processors. We do not store full payment information on our servers.
b. Information Collected AutomaticallyDevice Information: We collect details about your device, such as device type, operating system, IP address, and unique device identifiers.
Location Data: With your permission, we collect real-time location data to facilitate ride bookings, track trips, and ensure driver-passenger matching.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on the App.
c. Information from Third PartiesGoogle and Facebook Login: When you log in using Google or Facebook, we receive limited information (e.g., name, email, and profile picture) as authorized by you through their platforms.

Provide and manage our services, including processing bookings, matching you with drivers, and facilitating payments.
Authenticate your account using Google or Facebook login credentials.
Personalize your experience, such as suggesting nearby pickup locations or preferred routes.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.Data Storage and Security Your personal information, including account and address details, is securely stored in our Wix account, protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) and industry-standard encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices and Rights Under the DPDP Act and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:

International Data Transfers Your information is primarily stored and processed in India. If we transfer data to service providers outside India (e.g., Wix servers), we ensure they comply with data protection standards equivalent to the DPDP Act through contractual agreements.
