Payment Information: We collect payment details (e.g., UPI IDs, card information, or wallet details) through our secure payment processors. We do not store full payment information on our servers.

Location Data: With your permission, we collect real-time location data to facilitate ride bookings, track trips, and ensure driver-passenger matching.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, such as pages visited, features used, and time spent on the App.

Google and Facebook Login: When you log in using Google or Facebook, we receive limited information (e.g., name, email, and profile picture) as authorized by you through their platforms.

Provide and manage our services, including processing bookings, matching you with drivers, and facilitating payments.

Authenticate your account using Google or Facebook login credentials.

Personalize your experience, such as suggesting nearby pickup locations or preferred routes.

How We Share Your Information We may share your information with:

Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the App, such as payment processors, cloud storage providers (e.g., Wix), and customer support services. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Drivers: Limited information (e.g., your name, pickup/drop-off locations, and contact details) is shared with drivers to facilitate your trip.

Legal Authorities: When required by law, such as in response to a court order or to prevent fraud or harm.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Storage and Security Your personal information, including account and address details, is securely stored in our Wix account, protected by two-factor authentication (2FA) and industry-standard encryption. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights Under the DPDP Act and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:

Opt out of promotional communications (via App settings or by contacting us).

Withdraw consent for data processing (where applicable, though this may limit App functionality).

International Data Transfers Your information is primarily stored and processed in India. If we transfer data to service providers outside India (e.g., Wix servers), we ensure they comply with data protection standards equivalent to the DPDP Act through contractual agreements.

Children’s Privacy The App is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will promptly delete it.
